Orientation 2007

Blackbeard OG 35
here i am! my dearest orientation group 35.. well.. not very spontaneous on the first day cos they didnt noe each other yet. but gradually became more and more enthu as time goes by. not a rowdy crowd of ppl but a really cooperative one. the ogms are quite reserved, but they never failed to meet any expectations.

first day was more on the dry games. honestly, we lost every game to jack sparrow og 25. actually there was one that we could win! the spagetti one! but swee and i screwed up. i still feel a lil bad abt it. however, we won every cheer competition. so we are quits. heh.

2nd day was so boring that we actually went for math lecture in the morning. the ogms were having their subj combi talks. the only thing fun abt 2nd day was the mass dance. could tell that my ogms were trying to keep up. this was rather encouraging for me cos some other ogms din even try. then it came the couple dance. the guys were trying to act gay can? they were so shy! dun even dare to ask a girl to dance with them. den this brandon would only dance with ogls. why? cos the gals in my og seemed 'fierce'. *rolls eyes* so.. ya. fine. i danced with him. he's so stiff la! hahaha..

today was the best man! wet games in the morning den orientation nite! we won a game against sparrow! the first victory! i am really proud of them. well done ppl! orientation nite was like a rock concert at the end. we were super high man! guitar rocks man! before that we had an alliance with sparrow. so all the blackjack ogls went on stage to do that super WRONG alliance sign. i did the alliance thing with tr!! :-) haha.

after that i went out with ming bei, chloe, brandon, weiting, charmaine, jocelyn, swee and jiejie. the ogms are a really fun bunch! kept making fun of brandon and chloe. damn cute k! they are like so compatible! hahaha.. so fun to suan ppl. but haiz.. we just got to know each other but cnnt really meet up frequently in the future anymore.. unless they join guitar! HEHEHE.

MY BLOG IS..

dead. and im here to revive it. and why did it become dead? cos i cant really be bothered by this thing called blog anymore. but i just feel like blogging today. hmm.. i think the next entry will be in feb.

BYE 2006! HI 2007!

well well.. time really flies. going on to j2 and soon, the a's. yeah i noe. it really sucks. but first thing's first.. i have 2 days to finish up my hol hmwk and study for the tests on the 2nd wk of sch. argh! not in the mood to do them! then after that sch reopens, new j1s come in, i hv to be their nanny for 3 days. first day of sch: reach at 0650 with sch guitar in hard and heavy case. 0_0 waking up early is so not my thing. ive been sleeping real late recently. and i hv to carry a huge thing while walking to the bus stop and climbing the overhead bridge. argh argh!

just now i was at chin shyan's hse for the countdown. the seniors were dere. we watched some scv channel. it was some countdown party in taiwan. the songs performed were in CHINESE. 0_0. well its not like i hv anything against chi songs.. i just dunno any of them. except for really old songs like fei yu qing's. actually i only noe one of his songs. haha.

BACKTRACK..

ok lemme recall wad i did for the past few weeks.

i just had this performance at tampines central cc on sat. err.. apparently we din do very well. 'ding dong' and 'angels' were like screwed? rushed thru the songs i guess. 'yesterday' was played at a faster pace then normal practices. i think its not supposed to be so fast eh? 'gavotte' was pretty alright for me. 'jota' and 'habenara' were around the standard of the practices. 'tea for 2' was good according to sis! but then again.. she's not the music type of person. and by the time she arrived, she kinda listened to 'tea' only. so cant really ask her. haha.

last week i had this OGL camp in sch. was a 3 day camp. but it was super long to me. felt like i had wasted my time dere. cos i dun even hv that sense of belonging to tpjc. in fact.. i cant wait to get out. hm. the camp was quite fun overall. but the dry games were really lame. the wet games were pretty stupid. but i enjoyed myself during the mass dances and just throwing flour and splashing water. the people in blackbeard are nice. but stick too much to their cliques. oh well. the actual orientation is on our own anyway. so im fine abt not being very well bonded w the rest.

hmm.. i hv a feeling that blackbeard wun be the best family of the orientation. *shrugs* ok lets bet. if blackbeard becomes the best family.. i'll eat my words! hahahaha..
